“Twelve significant photographs in any one year is a good crop.”

Ansel Adams

The spirit of adventure and the strong urge to find out more about the world was developed in the early life of Pascal. In the early 1990s and to the annoyance of his parents, his great curiosity let him crawl through the bunkers of the Atlantic Wall.

Incidentally he developed a big interest in all kinds of technology what ultimately ended in information technology and photography.

After training as IT system merchant and the study of economic computer science, a motion picture camera manufacturer offered him a job which combines both passions.

This combination is still the perfect starting point to combine both skills and was followed by first photography trips to Egypt, Morocco, Iceland, Norway, Southeast Asia, the Caribbean and the US.

The first recognition, for Pascal, came through regional publications and awards. He regularly submits his work to the bigger agencies like, Magnum, National Geographic, WPO and Getty images

Pascal was born in Munich - Germany in 1985. He lived for ten years in upper Bavaria, studied economic computer science in Munich and is now working for the ARRI Group.
